Anthony Frangiosa

President, CEO

Mr. Frangiosa will lead the team as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Frangiosa has more than 25 years experience in the mobile electronics industry. He has worked for Audiovox (1979-1980), owned and operated a successful car stereo store (1980-1989), was the Executive Vice President of Sound Solutions (1989-2000) where he was in charge of architecting the technology of the company’s successful software products, and was the co-founder, President, and Chief Information Officer of MobileToys (1999-2002).

Mr. Frangiosa has provided mobile electronics consulting services and has conducted many industry trade show seminars.

William Erdman

Vice President, COO

Mr. Erdman develops lines of business and key industry partnerships for MobileToys’ InstallerNet division. Bill has specialized in building organizations and bringing technology products to commercial markets for over 20 years, as both senior manager and entrepreneur.

Bill gained product and line management experience with IBM, Ericsson AG, Aristasoft, and Corsair Communications with products in software, computer storage, fiber-optic and wireless telecommunications. At these companies he served to develop, sell and implement solutions in enterprise environments by solving problems and reducing costs for customers. Bill then helped fund and launch VASE, a digital-home products company, and Astir Technologies, a durable medical equipment company by attracting investors and corporate partners. Bill was an early senior employee at Corsair (now Lightbridge) where he built manufacturing from the ground up, through an IPO and into a merger with Lightbridge. Bill has an MSE from Princeton University and a BA from Middlebury College.

Timothy Armstrong

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Armstrong serves as Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for the overseeing the development of the company’s next generation of web and software products. Mr. Armstrong started with the company in 1993 as a support technician and in 1998 became the senior developer of the TSS software. Mr. Armstrong was also a Mobile Electronics Certified Professional installation technician (1990-1993) and has worked in the industry for close to 20 years.

Michael Dadiego

Dean of InstallerNet University

Mr. Dadiego is the company's Dean of InstallerNet University and has more than 25 years experience in the mobile electronics industry. Mr. Dadiego managed a successful mobile electronics retail store (1982-1992) and has participated in many industry software-training seminars. He then came to InstallerNet (formally MobileToys) and was responsible for building and managing the TSS software sales & support team (1992-2006). Mr. Dadiego later served as MobileToys' Director of Software Support until March of 2002, then V.P. of Customer Service until 2006.

Louis DiPrizio

Director of Finance

Mr. DiPrizio comes to us with a solid 15 years of experience in the role of Controller. His Controller experience has filled the role from small startups, to a multi-million dollar property management and recently, a general contracting company. Lou has a very hands-on approach to the daily accounting functions, and will play a key role in the future growth and expansion of InstallerNet. Lou graduated with a BA in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Bill Sheenan

Director of Business Development

Mr. Sheehan’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of the dealer experience for MobileToys core products, TSS and MAID, with over 1500 users nationwide. He is also involved in the sales and marketing of the host of innovative solutions, known collectively as eServices, MobileToys has developed for major Mobile Electronics manufacturers and retailers. Bill has over 25 years experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, from installing mobile electronics in the early ‘80’s to owning and operating his own store in the ‘90’s. He also spent 10 years as a Manufacturers Representative for some of the best known brands in the CE industry.

Luciano Homem

Director of Infrastructure Systems

Mr. Homem is vital to the company’s day-to-day operations. He contributes to online documentation, staff training, development consulting, call-tracking and customer service needs. Luciano also developed a complete support protocol for Sound Solutions multi-store product and advanced trouble shooting procedures for more than 1,500 users of a complex business management system. He also speaks, reads, and writes fluent Portuguese and can be instrumental in future bilingual user interfaces and support service.

Linda Larose

Director of Technology

Mrs. Larose serves as the Web Developer responsible for integrating new technology with the company's web presence as well as maintaining the existing cutting-edge web technology. Linda has been in the technology field for over 13 years including Air Force Logistics Reporting, Government Purchasing applications, insurance claims management and Web Application Architecture, Development and Design.

Matt Watson

Manager, Commercial Services Business Development

Matt Watson currently serves as the Business Development Manager for Commercial Sevices for InstallerNet and is responsible for the sales, management, and execution of InstallerNet’s fleet and commercial installation programs. Matt has over 20 years of experience in sales, planning and project management. Prior to joining InstallerNet he worked for Rollerblade, Inc. as Regional Events & Sales Planning Director for New England and with UNICCO at Harvard Medical School as the Senior Facilities & Project Manager. Matt graduated from Minnesota State University – Mankato where he earned a B.S. in Business Management. Matt’s sales and management experience will be instrumental in the continued development, management and growth of InstallerNet’s fleet and commercial business.

Jeff Adair

Manager, Technology Business Development

Jeff Adair brings to our company a solid background of 34 years in sales. This includes a broad horizon of subjects ranging from automotive electronics & accessories; home & commercial electronics – audio/visual & musical instruments. As well as being an alpine ski sales rep & marketing; on the road sales; retail sales; repairs & installations; to phone sales included.

Jeff has an extensive products knowledge coupled with creative ideas for product applications that has been instrumental in establishing a solid history of sales success. His proven ability to develop sales potential in various market areas coupled with strong verbal, organizational & management skills that he processes, implements his high energy as a self-motivator. Not only selling mobile electronics systems, but installing as well, gives Jeff first hand knowledge in our products & services that we offer here at InstallerNet today. This understanding is certainly an asset when explaining to someone just what our products & services will do to enhance & improve their business for them.

Tracey Vigeant

Manager, InstallCard Customer Service

Tracey Vigeant has been with Installernet for more than 4 years. She began her career with InstallerNet as an installation coordinator and quickly moved her way up to InstallerNet Supervisor, then to Customer Service Manager. The fifteen years of experience that Tracey brings to the table in her role as InstallerNet Customer Service Manager comes from a wide array of previous job experience including working for a major Travel Company and an established Real Estate Agency. She is a graduate of Mount Ida College, where she received an Associates degree in Business. Tracey is responsible for managing a large part of the daily activities for InstallerNet including: locating and qualifying new installers to expand the InstallerNet network, providing a relationship bridge between the customer and the installer, and dealing with various customer service issues as they develop.

Melissa Ingalls

Manager, Fleet Operations

Melissa has been with InstallerNet for over a year. She began her career with InstallerNet as an installation coordinator and quickly moved to the Fleet Department as one of the project managers for the largest project the Fleet Department has completed to date. She was responsible for assisting in the setup, management, billing and execution of the project. After the completion of the first project she was then made the Lead Project Manager for a project that consisted of approximately 3,900 installs to be done in just over 30 days. Through daily communication with the installers and the customers she managed to complete this project on schedule.

Melissa worked as a graphic designer for just over 10 years. Her management skills for meeting deadlines were translated to her work for a logistics company. There she worked with customs, container shipping lines and all the major rail lines to coordinate imported shipments all over the country for companies like TJX, Pantim Wood, Reebok and Timberland.

Jay Lemay

Manager, Technical Support

Mr. Lemay, currently a Master Installer, has over 20 years of experience in the mobile electronics industry. His career has taking him to a range of responsibilities, including being one of the top Installers at one of the largest and most respected custom mobile electronics shops in Maine, to later co-own his own store. Mr. Lemay’s expertise also fuels the management and drives the content of the MAID (industries top leading resource) and other technical data specific products / services offered by MobileToys and InstallerNet.
