SMS Terms of Service
These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program (the
“Program”) operated by InstallerNet, Inc. (“InstallerNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
on behalf of the automotive service and repair businesses (“Shops”) that use the
TSS (The Shop Solution) platform. By providing your mobile phone number and
opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
When you provide your mobile number to a participating Shop, you consent to
receive recurring text messages related to your vehicle service — including
appointment reminders, confirmations, reschedule and cancellation notices,
status updates (e.g., vehicle ready for pickup), and customer-care
communications. The Program supports two-way messaging: you may reply to these
messages (for example, to confirm, reschedule, or ask a question), and Shop
staff may reply to you.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and your interactions
with the Shop.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to
your mobile carrier. Neither InstallerNet nor the Shops charge a fee for the
Program.
Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying **STOP** to any Program message. After you
send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further
messages, except as needed to complete a conversation you started. To rejoin,
reply **START** or opt in again with the Shop.
Help — Reply HELP
For help, reply **HELP** to any message, or contact the Shop directly. You may
also contact InstallerNet at support@installernet.com or 800-950-9869.
Supported Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T,
Verizon, and T-Mobile, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s transmission
and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile information is used to operate the Program and is handled in
accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://installernet.com/privacy-policy. **We do not sell or
share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their
marketing or promotional purposes.**
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to
this page.
